Before forming QiStaff, Julie worked for Local, National and International Recruiters in Consultant, Office Management and Regional Management positions. She has a wealth of testimonials and even today continues to deal with clients who have followed her from company to company.

Julie believes that being honest, fair and flexible with clients is key. She works extremely hard on your behalf and insists that you are kept updated along the way, ensuring you receive the highest levels of customer service at all times.

Evette began her career in recruitment in 1995 working for Reed Employment, a National Recruitment Agency. During her career, Evette has co-ordinated many high value contracts as well as being the Account Manager for National clients, such as British Gas, Barclays Bank and Halifax Plc. 

In 2000 Evette joined a local recruitment company, driven by her desire to develop business through service rather then aggressive sales techniques she quickly gained a reputation for delivering a quality recruitment service and has built successful working relationships with many local businesses in both the public and private sectors, such as, Denbighshire County Council, Betsi Cadwalader NHS Trust and Serco to name but a few.

Evette is passionate about the recruitment industry and believes that delivering a consistently high standard of service is key.

Evette is REC trained and has a wealth of knowledge about recruitment and employment law, which means she is able to offer our clients good advice and guidance, adding value to our service and ensuring you highly professional and cost effective results.

Sean Banning, HR Consultant.
During his twenty three years’ service with the Royal Air Force as a senior officer, Sean gained extensive experience of managing people and performance. Prior to leaving the RAF, Sean completed a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the largest professional body for HR practitioners in Europe. Since leaving the RAF in 2008, Sean has worked exclusively in HR as a senior business professional and has also been a key member of a senior management team. Sean has experience of building HR functions from scratch including developing policies and procedures around discipline, grievance, performance and redundancy and incorporating all these into a staff handbook. He has extensive experience of coaching line managers and senior business leaders through a range of employee relation issues including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, redundancies and restructures. When developing a course of action, Sean is acutely aware of the commercial implications behind any decision and the importance of managing risk and exposure for the business. In addition to the formal and procedural side of HR, Sean has a proven track record of providing uncomplicated, cost-effective HR solutions to significantly improve business performance. One example of this was an intervention in a company which resulted in the staff turnover being reduced from 32% to 12% in less than twelve months. Sean is able to provide tailor-made, bespoke solutions to effectively and efficiently deal with the full spectrum of issues encountered during the employee life-cycle.
