About Us

Julie

Julie has 15 years experience in the recruitment industry across all sectors including temporary, contract, permanent and specialist recruitment.

 

Before forming QiStaff, Julie worked for Local, National and International Recruiters in Consultant, Office Management and Regional Management positions. She has a wealth of testimonials and even today continues to deal with clients who have followed her from company to company.

 

Julie believes that being honest, fair and flexible with clients is key. She works extremely hard on your behalf and insists that you are kept updated along the way, ensuring you receive the highest levels of customer service at all times.

 

Julie has always excelled in her chosen career and developed a knowledge and experience that surpasses that of the competition. Evette

Evette began her career in recruitment in 1995 working for Reed Employment, a National Recruitment Agency. During her career, Evette has co-ordinated many high value contracts as well as being the Account Manager for National clients, such as British Gas, Barclays Bank and Halifax Plc.

 

In 2000 Evette joined a local recruitment company, driven by her desire to develop business through service rather then aggressive sales techniques she quickly gained a reputation for delivering a quality recruitment service and has built successful working relationships with many local businesses in both the public and private sectors, such as, Denbighshire County Council, Betsi Cadwalader NHS Trust and Serco to name but a few.

 

Evette is passionate about the recruitment industry and believes that delivering a consistently high standard of service is key.

 

Evette is REC trained and has a wealth of knowledge about recruitment and employment law, which means she is able to offer our clients good advice and guidance, adding value to our service and ensuring you highly professional and cost effective results.

About Us

Adele

Adele began her career in the Insurance and Finance Industry. She worked her way up into Management very quickly and to date has 25 years’ business management experience, in addition has first-hand experience of sourcing, recruiting and managing permanent, contract and temporary staff.

 

Adele has a wealth of qualifications including, Foundation Degree in Business & Management & CIPD – CPP which means she is well equipped to deal professionally with both QiStaff’s and our clients business needs.

 

Adele’s commitment to the business is second to none, she is extremely knowledgeable in HR matters, and highly determined to meet and indeed exceed our client’s requirements, often working unsociable hours to do so.

 

This kind of commitment coupled with her experience and qualifications means that Adele is able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, easily develop a deep understanding of our client’s business, and quickly develop excellent working relationships, all of which help meet Qistaff’s determination to be the best in terms of customer service and commitment.
