Before forming QiStaff, Julie worked for Local, National and International Recruiters in Consultant, Office Management and Regional Management positions. She has a wealth of testimonials and even today continues to deal with clients who have followed her from company to company.

Julie believes that being honest, fair and flexible with clients is key. She works extremely hard on your behalf and insists that you are kept updated along the way, ensuring you receive the highest levels of customer service at all times.

Julie has always exceeded in her chosen career and developed a knowledge and experience that surpasses that of the competition. She is REC trained, an approved member of the Institute of Recruiters and respected within the recruitment industry throughout the UK. Julie insists on ensuring each and every client a quick and intelligent solution, which will be cost effective, highly professional and personal. Julie is passionate about recruitment and looking after her clients, and is motivated by success, which means you will receive nothing but the best in hard work, commitment, customer service and value for money.

Evette began her career in recruitment in 1995 working for Reed Employment, a National Recruitment Agency. During her career, Evette has co-ordinated many high value contracts as well as being the Account Manager for National clients, such as British Gas, Barclays Bank and Halifax Plc. 

In 2000 Evette joined a local recruitment company, driven by her desire to develop business through service rather then aggressive sales techniques she quickly gained a reputation for delivering a quality recruitment service and has built successful working relationships with many local businesses in both the public and private sectors, such as, Denbighshire County Council, Betsi Cadwalader NHS Trust and Serco to name but a few.

Evette is passionate about the recruitment industry and believes that delivering a consistently high standard of service is key.

Evette is REC trained and has a wealth of knowledge about recruitment and employment law, which means she is able to offer our clients good advice and guidance, adding value to our service and ensuring you highly professional and cost effective results.

Hazel (200x200) (180x180) (100x100)With 15 year’s experience within the field of Human Resources and Training across public, private and voluntary sectors, Hazel began her career as a Personnel Officer working for Wrexham Maelor Hospital where she worked for 3 years before joining the Management Team at one of the largest retailers in the UK, where she worked for 15 years as a HR Manager.

During this time Hazel utilised her HR knowledge and skills to add value to the business. She developed and coached the management team to deliver the vision through the companies values and leadership behaviours. She became a Regional Trainer for Trainee Managers delivering leadership behaviours workshops. Hazel also became experienced in budget management whilst managing a £2.5 million labour budget.

During her time in retail Hazel established many competencies such as:-

  •  Coaching and supporting of individuals and teams to meet personal and professional standards
  • Strong budgetary control and commercial awareness

Hazel is a fully qualified MCIPD Human Resources Manager with a passion for delivering results through talent management and staff engagement and has proven coaching skills that can make a real difference to the success of your business.

Sammy is a Media Studies with Visual Cultures graduate who has previously worked as a Social Media and E-Commerce Manager. Through persistent SEO work and creating qualitative content, her previous company was soon taken from the 5th page of Google to the 1st page in a highly competitive and changing market.

Sammy excels in research and likes to stay ahead of key marketing trends and techniques. She exceeds in creating qualitative content to engage and interact with with our clients. Sammy is passionate about getting to know what our clients like/don’t like through the use of analytics and insights and uses this to tailor her marketing approach.

Sammy manages our company website and uses social media platforms to offer our existing, new and potential clients interesting and up to date HR/Recruitment related information.  She utilizes our facebook page to talk directly to local job seekers and greatly encourages candidate interaction. She makes people aware of the 360 degree approach we work with and showcases just how flexible our approach and services are here at QiStaff.
